Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid, natural flavours, and rebaudioside A (Stevia rebaudiana).

Recommended Dose: Adults blend 3 packets into 1 L water, drink L of solution 10- 15 minutes before exercise and every 20 minutes when exercising, in small quantities at regular intervals. Take with food and few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Recommended Use: Helps maintain normal electrolyte balance and muscle function.

Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other potassium containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. If you have a cardiovascular, kidney disease or diabetes, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
