Cold vs Flu
With the weather changing, you may feel “under the weather” from cold or flu (influenza) symptoms. Colds usually go away on their own within 1-2 weeks. The flu is very contagious and can last 3-4 weeks. You can help reduce the spread of colds and the flu by washing your hands often and sneezing or coughing into a tissue or your elbow. You may also consider getting a flu shot. Ask your Pharmacist about over-the-counter medications. If your symptoms persist, see your Doctor.
